Describe a startup idea and a crew of three opinionated AI agents comprised of an Optimist, a Skeptic and a Strategist, research it, argue it out and hand back a decision memo you can download as a PDF.

The Idea Validator came out of a multi day workshop using a GitHub Codespace, Copilot, Python files and Streamlit Cloud. If the Streamlit site has drifted into hibernation, wake it up and give it a moment to power on.

The decision memo identifies:

  • A clear verdict on the idea
  • The riskiest assumption, called out
  • A 90-day MVP scope
  • Kill criteria, so you know when to abort the mission
